Legal
Terms of Service
Please read the following terms before using FFOMU to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Scope
These terms apply to the FFOMU website, mobile clients, APIs, creator workspace, and other related services we provide.
Specific scenarios such as memberships, paid content, advertising partnerships, and creator certification may carry supplementary agreements that prevail in case of conflict.
Accounts and access
- Provide accurate registration information and protect your credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Some features require additional verification, age gates, or manual review.
- We may restrict or suspend account access when necessary for safety, compliance, or abuse prevention.
User content and license
- You retain ownership of content you create. By publishing, you grant FFOMU a non-exclusive, sublicensable license needed to operate, promote, and showcase the service.
- Uploaded content must be properly licensed and free of legal conflicts.
- You are responsible for the legality of your content and any rights it touches.
- We may review, demote, hide, or require edits when necessary.
Prohibited behavior
- Uploading content that violates the law, third-party rights, or community standards.
- Harassment, hate, doxxing, fraud, or personal attacks against other users.
- Distributing malware, exploiting vulnerabilities, or scraping/reverse-engineering without permission.
- Inflating metrics, faking transactions, or manipulating ratings.
- Unauthorized advertising or pushing users to high-risk off-platform transactions.
Paid services and creator earnings
Memberships, subscriptions, sponsorship, paid content, and payouts may have additional terms, regional limits, or legal requirements.
Refunds, subscription changes, payout failures, and tax matters are handled case by case through support.
Creators must complete the necessary verification, tax, and compliance steps before payouts.
Intellectual property
FFOMU brand assets, UI design, copy, source code, and content we author are protected by copyright and trademark law and may not be used commercially without permission.
You retain copyright in your own content and grant FFOMU the licenses described in these terms.
Third-party services and links
FFOMU may integrate third-party payment, login, analytics, or advertising services and may link to external sites.
Third parties operate under their own terms; FFOMU is not directly responsible for their content or actions.
Enforcement and termination
- We may restrict, remove, or further review content and accounts that violate policies, law, or platform safety rules.
- Repeat infringement, fraud, abuse, or attempts to bypass restrictions can lead to permanent loss of access.
- You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. Some payment and legal obligations may persist after termination.
Liability and disclaimer
To the extent allowed by law, FFOMU is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages from using the service.
We assume responsibility commensurate with applicable law for outages, data loss, or third-party actions.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are interpreted, enforced, and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FFOMU's operating entity is established.
Disputes should be resolved by good-faith negotiation first, and otherwise through a competent court or arbitration body.
Changes to the terms
When we make material changes we update this page and notify users via in-product or email channels where reasonable.
Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
