DMCA Policy
Rights holders can submit copyright infringement notices through the workflow below — we respond promptly.
Scope
This policy covers user content hosted or transmitted on the FFOMU website, mobile clients, APIs, and the creator workspace.
If you are a rights holder or authorized representative, follow the workflow below. Other types of violations should be reported through support channels.
What to include in a notice
- A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized agent.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work (including title, registration number, or other proof where applicable).
- The exact location of the allegedly infringing material on FFOMU (please provide full URLs).
- Reachable contact details: name/organization, address, phone, email.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
- A statement of accuracy made under penalty of perjury, confirming that you are the owner or authorized agent.
How to submit
Send the complete copyright notice to the email listed under "DMCA contact" below. We will review and act on it within a reasonable time.
We may ask for additional documents to verify ownership and the scope of infringement.
Counter-notice procedure
If you believe content was wrongfully removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notice describing the content, its original location, and why removal was a mistake.
Counter-notices must include your contact details, signature, a good-faith statement, and consent to the relevant jurisdiction.
Subject to the legal process and waiting period, we may restore the content.
False statements
Under DMCA section 512(f), knowingly making misrepresentations may expose the submitter to liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
We encourage both rights holders and counter-notice submitters to verify ownership and facts before filing.
Repeat infringers
Where appropriate we will terminate the accounts or publishing access of repeat infringers.
We may keep records of valid notices to support compliance handling and repeat-infringer reviews.
