How do I sign in or create an account?

Use the sign-in and sign-up routes in the header. The same account works across content, community, and the creator workspace.

How do I protect my account?

Use a unique password, keep your email secure, and review your settings whenever your profile, linked services, or login devices change.

I forgot my password — what now?

Pick "Forgot password" on the sign-in page and follow the email link to set a new one.

How do I update my email, nickname, or profile?

Open Account Settings to change nickname, avatar, bio, language, email and verification status.

How do I delete my account?

Email support to request a permanent deletion. We will follow the privacy policy when removing or anonymizing your data.

💳Subscriptions, Membership & Billing

What memberships does FFOMU offer?

There are standard and premium memberships covering ad experience, exclusive content, download quota, and similar perks. See the subscription page for details.

How do I upgrade or cancel a subscription?

Open Wallet / Membership to view your current plan, auto-renew, upgrade, or cancel. After cancellation the active period stays valid until it ends.

Which payment methods are supported?

Mainstream credit cards, PayPal, and select regional payment options. The exact list shows up at checkout.

What is the refund policy?

Digital subscriptions are generally non-refundable after activation. Reach out to support for platform issues or unexpected charges.

I cannot find an order or receipt.

Check Wallet for order history. If it is missing, send the order time, amount, and payment method to support so we can investigate.

🎨Creator Workspace & Publishing

How do I become a creator?

Sign up and complete creator verification. After that, you can publish content, view analytics, and manage earnings inside the creator workspace.

Which content types are supported?

Animation, comics, game pages, photo or video sets, and community articles. Each type has its own publish flow and review standards.

How do I earn revenue?

Revenue can come from paid unlocks, subscription splits, sponsorship, and ad share. View the breakdown and request payouts inside Earnings.

What is original certification?

Official recognition of a creator's authenticity and originality. Certified work receives additional distribution and program support.

📚Content & Copyright

How do I report infringement or unsafe content?

Choose Report on the content detail page or submit a DMCA notice. We process reports based on the published workflow.

Can I repost content from FFOMU?

Follow the reposting permission set by the author or any explicit license shown next to the content. Without a license, treat the work as all rights reserved.

Why can I not see certain content?

It may be set to private, require membership or payment, be region-locked, or be temporarily under review.

How do I toggle adult content?

Open Account Settings to enable or disable adult content. The option requires sign-in and age confirmation.

💬Community & Interaction

How do I create or join a circle?

Browse the Community page to join or apply to create a circle. Circles support topic posts, comment threads, and events.

My comment or reply disappeared.

It may have been removed for breaking community guidelines, deleted by the author, or temporarily hidden during moderation.

How do I report harassment, scams, or spam?

Use Report on the user, post, or comment in question and add screenshots if possible. Reports go into manual review.

What is AI Tavern?

AI Tavern is FFOMU's AI-native space, including character chats and content assistance. The feature set continues to evolve.

How should AI-assisted content be labeled?

Disclose AI assistance per the creator agreement, avoid misleading viewers, and respect copyright and privacy rules.

Can AI features be used commercially?

Some capabilities are open to commercial use depending on the plan and license. See the creator workspace or business contact for details.

How is my data used?

See the Privacy Policy for the detailed data collection, use, sharing, and retention rules.

How do I export or delete my data?

Contact the privacy mailbox to request data access, export, or deletion. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.

What if I run into scams, phishing, or spam?

Report the account or content immediately, and avoid clicking external links or sharing personal details before verifying.
