Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information — and the rights you have over it.

Last updatedApril 21, 2026
FFOMU respects user privacy and explains the data boundaries for accounts, usage, publishing, community, payment, and AI features. By continuing to use our services you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

Information we collect

  • Account information: email, username, nickname, avatar, password hash, and profile preferences.
  • Identity and verification information submitted during creator onboarding, payouts, or partner programs.
  • Usage information: device, OS, browser, IP address, navigation paths, interaction events, and time on page.
  • Content activity: uploads, posts, comments, bookmarks, likes, reports, and the moderation context required to act on them.
  • Payment metadata: order details, status, regional tax IDs. Card data itself stays with our payment providers.
  • Communication records: support tickets, reports, and replies between you and our team.

How we collect this information

  • Directly: when you register, sign in, publish content, submit forms, or enter campaigns.
  • Automatically: through cookies, SDKs, logs, and analytics that record site behavior and device signals.
  • Third parties: from sign-in services, social platforms, or partners when you have authorized the connection.

How we use this information

  • Provide account access, personalized discovery, publishing flows, and creator capabilities.
  • Support subscriptions, memberships, paid content, advertising, and partner billing or reconciliation.
  • Maintain community trust and respond to reports, violations, or repeat infringement.
  • Improve quality, measure performance, debug issues, and deliver necessary service notices.
  • Operate AI features safely, including model and product evaluations where appropriate.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We only share limited data with the necessary partners to:

1) operate infrastructure, CDN, email, support, fraud prevention, analytics, and ad measurement; 2) process payments, refunds, and reconciliation; 3) meet legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements; 4) protect users, third parties, or the platform's legitimate interests.

Data retention

We retain data only as long as required to provide services, preserve account integrity, comply with legal obligations, and maintain platform safety.

After account deletion we remove or anonymize identifiable information within a reasonable timeframe, while keeping the minimum records the law requires.

Minors and adult content

FFOMU is not directed to users under 13. If you believe a minor is using the service or is exposed to inappropriate content, please report or contact support.

Adult content and paid surfaces require age confirmation, and we apply additional safeguards as required by applicable law.

International data transfers

Our services run across multiple regions, and data may be transferred and processed across borders.

We protect cross-border transfers with encryption, contractual clauses, or other mechanisms permitted by law.
